My sweet girl has her last day of Kindergarten tomorrow and I wanted to take a few photos to remember the special day. I came across this idea on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. (For all the pinning I do on Pinterest, this is the first time I've actually tried one of the ideas!) First I pulled up a photo I'd taken last September on the first day of school and had Megan dress in the same outfit. It still fit, but the sleeves were noticeably shorter! Then I a snapped a photo of her holding an empty picture frame. Finally, in Photoshop I cropped the photo from the first day of school and edited it into the inside of the frame. Voila!

What a great picture! I love that idea, and it turned out awesome the way you did it. So cool to see how much she changed in one school year!
ReplyDeleteI came across this while looking for Senior portrait ideas. It would be neat to have a kindergartener holding a large frame, when they become a graduate, reprint the same photo but with the Childs senior portrait in the picture frame.
